I got way off track the past couple of weeks. It is amazing how quickly I can fall back into the old eating habits. Frustrating how quickly the weight can return. Clint and I got up at 6:30 a.m. and went for a 45 minute walk. Then we went to WW this morning (Clint went with me and joined). YAY! I'm hoping that will make things a bit easier.
We are going to the Brewer's game tonight. I've got a good amount of points left for my day and also will use some flex points for a treat.
