Sat/Sunday

Yesterday was a lot of fun. Started off with an early morning celebration of Kelly's b-day. Then Kelly and I went to her forensics meet. WOW I had no idea how big it would be. There were over 800 kids from many schools participating! It was very neat. I enjoyed the judging part. It was a long day. Came home and continued the b-day celebration -- BBQ chicken pizza from Nick N Willy's, cake, bottle of wine for Clint and I. Kelly had her girlfriend over for a sleepover.

This morning I woke up and got on the treadmill. (I didn't work out yesterday). I ran/walked w/incline 5.13 miles, 66 minutes, 810 cals.

We are headed to church, then out for b-fast.
