It was my turn to drive Kelly and her friend to the bus stop for their ski trip -- so I had to miss my normal early WW meeting. But there is another one at 9:30, so I went to that. I lost 2.2 pounds. Good -- yes. But not as good as I thought it would be. OH WELL!! It will come off next week. I'm at 12 pounds lost since going back in November. YAY!
I went to the grocery store and stocked up on veggies and fruit and Lean Cuisines and other healthy stuff. I'm going to make this black bean/corn/red peppers, onion, etc mixture for tonight to go on my tortilla for dinner.
I finally ate my b-fast here at 11:30. I don't want to use a lot of my points so I can have a good dinner tonight. I had the WW mini chewy oatmeal raisin bar. It is only 1 point and very tasty. Tiny but filling. And a coffee (1) pt. Yikes that is only 2 points. But I will get the rest in soon enough.
I am off to Colin's basketball game. Then taking Emma to a b-day party. AND then I will get my run in. I've only missed one day so far this year and don't want to miss again. So I will be running. Will update later.
Clint and the kids and I watched Cinderella Man last night. Good flick!
Update -- 2:30 p.m. -- Ran for 45 minutes, 4.7 miles, NO walking breaks :-) Felt really good to run outside again!! I think I really needed this run to release the feelings I was having over the past week about a possible relapse. OMG I'm so relieved!! I'm thankful for running and working out. I'm ready to FINALLY get this weight off. No more blaming it on our circumstances. Its been a tough 8 years dealing with Colin's illness. And as I was running I was thinking how yes I have gained weight over the 8 years, but I also have done a darned good job of maintaining it within reason. God knows I've stuffed a lot of my fear with food! Had it not been for exercising pretty consistently over the years, I'm pretty sure I'd be about 300 pounds right now. So while I have about 25 more pounds that I want to lose -- really it isn't bad at all! Piece of cake -- I am doing it for ME this year.

what a busy day you had yesterday .. I feel horrible for not congratulating you on your WW meeting loss.. DANG.. THAT WAS AWESOME.. yesterday my head was only in a plate of cheese fries.. IM SORRY .. -
