Church this morning. This afternoon Kelly and I went to the mall jean shopping (for her). I tried on some clothes, but refuse to buy anything until I've lost more. We got home around 3:30 and I went out for a run/walk. I did my 3.4 mile route through the park by our house.
This weekend I've been sticking to 22 points and also using my exercise points. Feels really good to have gone through the weekend staying on the plan. The weekends are always the hard part of the week. This week should be a piece of cake, um wait, a piece of chicken??
