Thursday -- K5 circus
I had to be to school at 9:45 for Emma's K5 circus. So I got on the treadmill right away this morning and did 65 minutes, 5.55 miles, 811 cals, 1039 feet incline. I ran/walked the first 4 miles, then walked the rest at a higher incline.
