Thursday 1/12 and still going strong

Bally's -- 20 min. stepmill (96 floors, 2.0 miles, 250 cals); 40 minute treadmill power walk (4.5-4.7 mph) 3.03 miles, 447 calories. Weight room for upper body weights (chest, back, arms, abs).

YAY the sun is out and it is 50+ degrees today :-)

Yea, well I have a long way to go, but thanks! I'll be one hot 40 year old mom!! LOL SO keep on walking on that treadmill in the morning DEAR!!! ha ha
