TGIF!!!

I ended yesterday with 26 points (that is my goal each day -- 22 points + I used 4 exercise points). Also drank well over 100 oz of water. I stopped counting!

I almost talked myself into a no workout day. Stay home and chilling out while the kids are at school. But Clint reminded me how good I feel when I work out, and told me how great I'm doing. By the time the kids left for school, I was more motivated to go get it done.

45 min treadmill power walk w/incline (I had that puppy up to 15% for the last 5 minutes!) -- 3.31 miles, 581 cals. 15 min stepmill, 73 floors, 1.53 miles, 193 cals. Then headed to the weight room for arms, abs, chest weights. I wish I had Bob or Jillian from Biggest Loser to train me on the weights for just 1 day.
