Monday

Bally's workout this morning: 18 min. stairmill (90 floors, 1.87 miles, 238 cals.) 36:18 treadmill run/walk (3.28 miles, 439 cals). Weight room for upper body weights (arms/shoulders/chest/abs), same ones I did last week. 3 sets of 10 on each. Then back to cardio for 15 minutes on the lifestep (196 cals).

I've ended the day at 24 points -- 22 pts plus I used 2 exercise pts. And I've been drinking lots of water all day. I feel great!
