Another great Bally's workout this morning -- 19 min stairmill (97 floors, 2.03 miles, 256 cals); 39 min treadmill walk/run (3.61 miles, 521 cals). Weight room for lower body weights. Then Precor for 18 minutes (1.50 miles, 192 cals). I've drank right around 100 oz of water so far. Wow I feel so darned good doing this. I want quicker results on the scale, but I am not letting that discourage me. I know I'm doing the program correctly and the weight will come off. Slow and steady.
