Thurs.

This week is flying by! I just finished up a 35 minute workout -- ran/walked 3.17 miles. Feels really good to be more consistent with the exercise again. I want to get at least 5 days in each week. I'm chugging the water again today. We are heading to Colorado in August. I'd really like to be down 10-15 pounds by then! Lots of work to do.
