Unreal -- where are the days going? I obviously have not been blogging. And no blogging pretty much means I haven't been doing anything right as far as exercise and eating :( The past couple of weeks have been crazy with the kids' activities. Every night after school we are off to different practices/games. And the teachers have piled on the end of the year projects. I will be so happy when summer is here and the kids don't have to do homework every night! Remind me of this in July when I'm wishing they were back in school. lol
All the running after school means unstructured dinners. Here I go with my excuses. I know they are pathetic. And I know I need to get real. I really am trying! But obviously not hard enough.
This morning I ran/walked 3.16 miles on the treadmill in 35 minutes; 420 calories; 369 feet climbed. It was a good workout. I felt so much better just doing that! There is absolutely no reason why I can't get on that machine every day. Even if it means doing it at 9 p.m., there is no excuse.
And as much as I said I hate doing the points -- that they don't work. Well ever since I stopped counting, my eating has been out of control. So here I am, back at counting.
Ok enough whining. Lets see if I can actually get the weight off.
b-fast: grapes (2); coffee (1)
Water: two 12 oz bottles
lunch: spinach and red leaf lettuce w/chicken strips (2); 1/4 cup cottage cheese (1); dressing Henri's fat free raspberry vinagarette YUM (1) and light done right cucumber ranch YUM (1).
Snack: 1 cup okedoke cheese popcorn (2); diet Mug root beer (0)
water: 1 12 oz bottle
Dinner: baked cod (2); baked potato (2); green beans/carrots (0); margarine (2); sour cream (1)
snack: blue bunny fudge bar
late night snack :( chex mix

Im hoping to get back on track myself..
I was doing sooo great till I had a sliver of cheese cake.. Im gonna figure out the points for that.. I had eaten 11 pts before the cheese cake.. --
way to go on the exercise... AMAZING I SWEAR YOU ARE A MACHINE STILL.!!!
