Back at Bally's this morning. Did 40 minutes on the stairmill -- WOW when I first started that machine, I could barely do 5 minutes. Upper body weights. 30 minutes precor elliptical.
b-fast: yogurt (2) blueberries (1) coffee (1)
lunch: 1 hb egg(2); toasted pita (2); mayo (1); tostitos lights (2); salsa (0); diet pepsi (0)
dinner: lean cuisine roasted veggie pizza (6)
snack: ugh too many Girl Scout carmel delights while watching American Idol with the fam -- lets just say my points are shot!! Good news is that all of the GS cookies are GONE. Took my family less than a week to make their way through them. UNREAL!!
