TGIF Weigh-In (3/4/05)

Down 1.5 more pounds, 161! I can feel the 150's. I WILL be there next week. I'm feeling really good -- I can tell the workouts are firming everything up and my clothes fit so much better. Two months into the New Year and still working to my goal of the 140's.

I was going to go to the gym this morning, but changed my mind and decided to do the treadmill here. I did 6.05 miles of running/walking.

b-fast: yogurt (2) blueberries (1) coffee (1)
lunch: tostito lights, 2 servings (4); salsa (0); diet pepsi
dinner: fish fry at church: 2 piece cod dinner, coleslaw, a few fries, miller light (didn't eat the bread).
