Sunday

Yesterday I took off from exercise. And I didn't track my food - nor did I stay within the points range. But today I'm back at it. After church I made up a pot of the Mexican soup and let it simmer. I got my running clothes on and decided to run outside. I haven't done that in a long time. I did 5.5 miles running with a few walking breaks mixed in.

b-fast: cheese stick (2) coffee (1)
lunch: soup (4) light tostitos (2); granny smith apple (2)
dinner: lean cuisine 4 cheese pizza (8); salad w/dressing (2)
snack: sf jello w/cool whip (1)

everyone needs a day off now and then..--- I think I took one off yesterday :-(
but back on it today .. and way to go on the run.. geez.. I swear I never thought I would WANT to exercise and not be able to.. :-(
