Just finished up a 4.53 mile run/walk on the treadmill. Off to a good start with the weekend.

b-fast: yogurt (2) w/blueberries (1); coffee (1)
lunch: egg salad sandwich 2 hb eggs (4); 1T light mayo (1); 2 slices WW bread (2); diet pepsi w/lemon (0)
