Today is a crazy schedule. I dropped the kids off at school, came home and got right on the treadmill. I ran 3.2 miles. Showered quickly and back to school at 9:20 to work in the computer lab. I was so tempted to skip my workout, but am glad I did it. :)
b-fast: 1/2 grapefruit (1); small skim latte (2.5)
lunch: Wendy's small chili (3.5); sour cream and chive potato (7); water Ok I'm bummed. I thought I was making good low pt choices at Wendy's. Came home and found out the points. OUCH!! Not much left for the rest of my day. Guess I'll be eating a light dinner.

you still had 8 pts left for dinner.. thats good! what do you mean you will eat light lol? 8pts is alot I think.. plus your flex pts and your exercise pts...dont worry about your lunch .. you did fine!
