Monday

Just finished up a 1 hour power walk w/incline on the treadmill: 4.25 miles.

Tammy, I'm still sucking at getting my points accounted for on the weekend. As you can see I try first thing, but then am in and out of the house the rest of the day and don't track them. You can assume correctly that I went way over in my points, and figure it is POINTLESS (ha ha) to keep track. I'll keep trying!! lol

b-fast: oatmeal (2) raisins (1) 2/3 c skim (1) coffee (1)
lunch: Burger King Whopper Jr. (9) OUCH!!

Dinner: two baked cod fillets (4); breadstick (3); green beans (0);
dessert: ww choc choc chip muffin (3); hot chocolate (1)

Got a second cardio workout in on the treadmill today while watching Oprah. Ran/walked 60 minutes; 5.01 miles. WOOHOOO.
