Weigh-in this morning: 169.5 (down 2 pounds from last Friday). WOOOOHOO. I'm happy to be out of the 170's and hope I never see them again.
Bally's this morning: 18 minute warm up on the treadmill; upper body weights; 35 minutes precor doing a glutteal program that had me going up to the highest incline and also doing forward and reverse. Oh my! Hey clint I may just have a J Lo butt in a few months. ha ha. I did some ab work -- used the Roman chair. That used to be my favorite. Hard! I have this tire around my waisteline that I need to get rid of.

lunch: mexican soup w/saltines; diet pepsi
snacks: orange tootsie pop
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Beef Peppercorn (YUM) Clint and the kids had Papa John's pizza and breadsticks. I DIDN'T have any of it.
Snack: ww new york cherry cheesecake
snack sized bag of micro popcorn

holy moly Jan.. Im very proud of you for turning down papa johns!!! go you go you !!! .. I keep telling myself.. its not like Im turning it down.. cause I already know what it tastes like.. sure I might like the taste.. but shit.. it not worth it!!!!!
