I weighed in at 168 this morning. I'm down 1.5 from last Friday. WOOHOOO. Down 6.5 lbs since starting.
Kelly has had a sore throat the past 2 days. This morning she was miserable. Took her to the ped. She has strep throat. Picked up a scriptfor Amoxicillan. Came home and got her settled in for some R&R. Then I got on the treadmill and did 4.15 miles.
Kelly was supposed to have a sleepover b-day party tonight with 3 of her friends. We had to call and cancel. She is bummed out. But we have rescheduled for next Friday which is her actual b-day. She will be 11. Unreal!
b-fast: Stone Creek coffee -- small skim latte (2.5 pts) I went to dotties website (www.dwlz.com) to find the points. They didn't have Stone Creek, but Starbuck's -- so I used that for my points guide)
lunch: 2 tortillas (3 pts); 1T taco cheese (1 pt) 1/2 cup southwestern style chicken strips (2) salsa (0); Diet Pepsi (0)
Snack: 1/2 cup chex mix (3 pts)
dinner: 1 1/2 cups Creamy garden vegetable soup (3 pts); 55 fishy soup crackers (3)
snacks: French Style strawberry cheesecake (3);
movie snacks: Orville red. 94% fat free snack size popcorn (2); Cookies & Twix PB bar (4); 4 Nips coffee candy (2)
TOTAL POINTS: 28.5 (22 points plus 6.5 flex points)
