Back to points

I'll just assume I used all of my flex points over the weekend. So I need to stay near 22 all week.

This morning I was back at Bally's. I got a great workout in. 35 minutes on the precor elliptical; then crunches on the roman chair and another crunch machine; then 15 minutes lower body weights; and finally 20 minutes on the stairmill. I think I may have a heart attack on that machine. It really is amazing! I'm literally dripping in sweat while I'm doing it. I LOVE IT. lol

b-fast: clementine (1); coffee w/cream (1)
snack: string cheese (2)
lunch: Mexican soup (3); 55 fishy soup crackers (3)
dinner: 1/2 cup chicken strips (2); 2 tortillas (3); 1T sour cream (1); 2T cheese (2)
dessert: french style cheesecake (3)

WATER: XXXXXXXXXXXXX
(X=8 OZ) I'm drinking out of a 33.8 oz bottle and am on my 3rd one today :-) WOOHOOO.

and .. wow.. you are a water drinker.. the only thing Ive drank today is a giant cup of coffee and a diet A&W rootbeer..-
and yes.. to your question.. the only time in 5 weeks Ive used a flex point I used .5 of one .. lol.
Im gonna go clean my house..and then try and get atleast 30 minutes on the TM- I feel like crap when I talk about my exercise compared to yours!! like I said.. YOU ARE A MACHINE!
