Back at it

I woke up this morning and knew I couldn't blow off my workout. I got my butt on the treadmill and did a 4.2 mile run/walk workout. I feel much better! I need to drink lots of H20 today and eat light.

food diary:
b-fast -- string cheese; coffee w/cream
lunch -- mexican soup
snack -- chewy granola bar -- oatmeal raisin
dinner - chili w/crackers
snack -- micro popcorn
2 raspberry newton cookies
